COPPA Compliance
Gamestack.fun is built to be safe for kids to use on their own. Here's exactly what that means in practice.
Effective date: August 22, 2026 · Last updated: August 22, 2026
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) is a U.S. law that sets rules for how online services handle the personal information of children under 13. We've written this page to explain how Gamestack.fun approaches children's privacy — and we apply the same standard to every visitor, everywhere, regardless of age or location, rather than only where the law technically requires it.
1. No accounts, no personal information required
You don't need to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, or any other personal information to play games or use tools on Gamestack.fun. A child can open the site and start playing without ever being asked who they are.
2. What we don't collect from children
We do not knowingly collect, store, or share personal information from children under 13 — including names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, photos, or precise location data. We don't ask children to register, log in, or submit any form that would identify them personally.
3. How advertising works for younger visitors
Gamestack.fun is supported by advertising. Where a visitor is reasonably likely to be a child, ads are served on a non-personalized basis — meaning they aren't built from behavioral tracking or an advertising profile of that visitor. This is a deliberate setting in how we run advertising on the site, not the ad network's default behavior.
We don't run ad formats designed to blend in with games or encourage accidental clicks, and ads are kept a safe distance from game controls and interactive elements for exactly this reason.
4. Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, Gamestack.fun and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site functionality and, for visitors old enough for it to apply, to support advertising. Where a visitor is reasonably identified as a child, we take steps to limit this to what's necessary for the site to function, rather than for tracking or profiling. More detail on this lives in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party links and content
Some pages may link to external resources — for example, a teacher resource or an advertiser's site. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, which we don't control. We encourage parents and teachers to review any external site before a child visits it.
6. A note for parents and teachers
Because Gamestack.fun doesn't require sign-in, there isn't a personal account for a parent to review or delete. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information some other way — for example, through a contact form — you can ask us to review and delete it at any time (see Section 8).
If you're a teacher assigning a game as classroom or homework practice, you can point students directly to a game's link — no class roster, student list, or personal information needs to be shared with us for that to work.
7. Changes to this page
If how we handle children's privacy changes, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
8. Contact us
